Associate

Derek Invo Buo is an Associate at Prime Time Law offices. His practice focuses on adversarial litigation and regulatory compliance advice in civil rights, Real Estate, and Labour law. He has been lead counsel in over 20 trials.

Invo is recognized as one of the leading national authorities on Real Estate and Land Law; for almost a decade, he has played a significant role in advocating and defending individual civil and constitutional rights, particularly issues touching on the violation of the rights of the English speaking population in Cameroon for the past three years, and in helping to shape related legislation. He has been instrumental in crafting some of the most important legal challenges to legislation that infringes on rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Cameroon.
