Seasonal Employment: Addressing seasonal workforce needs.
Casual Employment: Handling unexpected work surges or urgent situations.
Key Requirements for Establishing an Agency:
Obtain Approval: Secure authorization from the Ministry of Employment.
Meet Financial Obligations: Deposit a 25,000,000 FCFA solvency guarantee with an approved bank.
Fulfill Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant labor laws and regulations in Cameroon.
Steps to Registering an Employee Placement Agency:
Choose Company Structure:
Register as a Private Limited Company or Public Limited Company.
Meet Eligibility Criteria:
Promoters must be over 18 years old, not bankrupt, and have no criminal record.
Obtain a non-crime certificate.
Appoint a Corporate Attorney:
The attorney will guide the registration process and prepare necessary documents.
Gather Required Information:
