REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN AN EXPORT AND IMPORT IN CAMEROON:
Practical registration procedures are to be listed in the file of importers and exporters in Cameroon.
The Minister of Commerce, Luc Magloire MBARGA ATANGANA, informs the
Economic operators/ companies and entrepreneurs that the application file for registration or renewal of registration in the files of importers or exporters consists of the documents following:

- A stamped application;

- A certified true copy of the license; (in case of renewal)

- A certified copy of the declaration of registration in the register of
Commerce and personal property credit (following extract from articles 25 and 26 of the uniform act (OHADA) is your business registration certificate.

- A legalized copy of the taxpayer’s card;

- A receipt for payment of the annual fee of 10,000 (ten thousand) CFA francs issued by the National Council of Shippers of Cameroon (CNCC) or a money order from the same amount sent to this organization;

- A payment receipt of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) FCFA for the first registration and 10,000 (ten thousand) CFA francs for the renewal, issued by the revenue manager of the Department of Foreign Trade;

- A declaration of honour (exports);

- A certificate of conformity of the equipment or a contract with a factory
(Export of cocoa or coffee).
The documents to be provided must be legalized by the issuing services and the complete files submitted to the Department of Foreign Trade, Services of Commercial Operations, gate R44.
