Application for change of owner
Copy of ship registration, SSL, MSMC and CSR
New bill of sale in the name of the new owner as buyer
Corporation documents if the buyer is a company
Power of attorney if the buyer is a company
Passport copy of the authorized person if the buyer is a company
Passport copy of new buyer if it is a person
Copy of DOC, SMC, ISSC and MLC
After change of owner, new provisional registry certificates are issued and then permanent registration procedure is followed all over again.
